"I was a manager for a popular clothing store for many years after receiving my cosmetology license. I did hair part time but forgot how passionate I was about my gift. When an abrupt change happened with the store closing I was left not knowing what was next. I was unemployed and began thinking of what could I do to ensure my children and I remain stable. Basically within this time of self reflection God gave me my vision back to  get back to my first love which is hair. I researched vendors until I found the quality of hair that suits my Divine vision. I started my business with only $500. I began seeing the fulfillment of my dreams happen overnight with a profitable hair care line then I started planning my ultimate goal of opening my salon piece by piece it came together and FINE DEVINE HAIR is thriving more than ever "- Latalya Tarver
